To register, you'll need:

  • Mobile number (Bangladeshi)
  • Strong password
  • Date of birth (for 18+ verification)
For your first deposit, a photo of your NID or passport may be required for KYC verification.

No. Under jjili's rules, each person may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

On the login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Click the link and set a new password within 15 minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact us via Live Chat.

After five incorrect password attempts, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. You can try again after that, or reset your password. If your account has been permanently locked for security reasons, email support@jjili.im.

Bonuses & Promo Offers

When you make your first deposit after registering as a new member 100% Welcome Bonus will be added automatically. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will bring your total balance to ৳2,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to qualify for the bonus.

The wagering requirement is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw it. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place ৳20,000 worth of bets. Once the requirement is met, you can withdraw the bonus balance.

When someone registers using your referral link and makes their first deposit, you'll receive a bonus. Referral bonus amounts are kept up to date on the Promo page. There's no cap — the more you refer, the more you earn.

Mobile App

The jjili app is available directly from the download page on our website — it may not be listed on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Go to the download page and install via the Android APK or iOS link. On Android, you may need to allow installation from "Unknown Sources".

On your Android phone, go to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources and enable it. If you have an older APK installed, uninstall it first. Make sure your phone has enough storage space.
